Time is a expensive commodity that I have had difficulty affording recently for the blog. I'm very inspired by the Gumroad work that artist have been selling. It's fun to learn, while sketching. I'll post more stuff soon. I have a couple of studies I've done and work stuff I'll be able show soon-ish.

Beyond the Dead iOS

 Back in May I started working at GREE Canada. It's a new Canadian studio. And our first game is beyond the dead.  It's a zombie survival RPG. And some really amazing artist worked on it. Really inspiring stuff, these are some of the paintings I've done for it. I'll post more stuff as it gets release as were always adding new things to the game. I did mainly the backgrounds but I got to dabble in the character a bit.

 The daily speed paint group on Facebook. Simple rules, no photos, 30 min paintings. These are challenging and super fun. Some of these were over the allotted 30 min and some I never posted because they took well north of 40min.  And some were even taken down by the moderators of the group, rules are rules.  And as you can see some were more success then others. Also there is plenty that were attempted and never warranted to be saved because of how badly I failed. I've learned a lot about how I paint and what if any process I follow. In the future I'll try to post these on the month they were done because, this is a pig post.

it’s been a minute, well a couple at least… Between feedings, work, sleep, and changing diapers. I squeezed in 2 hours to do some sketching and painting. Oh man and it was a hard fought 2 hours. If I get more time I would like to take this one further. (probably won’t so I’ll just do another painting)
Also been doing a lot of photo mash so it was nice to just let the brushes do the painting

Needed to finish this one.  It's been in the hard drive for a while waiting for me to get back to it.  It's been there for a year I think.

More from Galaxy Saga card game. These were challenging making a guy wear a holigraphic mask. Fun to think up the armor and the weapons though.
