So when I first came across this challenge I was so into the theme I started painting with out research, without focus, and without a goal. So sitting looking at my original on Sunday afternoon I decided I wasn't going to fix it. And spend the rest of my time trying to make a bad composition work, and a boring character look interesting. So I decided, I m just going to start again.

I think this out worked out a lot better. One sitting 6 hours got to love it.

The Watchmen

Went to see the Watchmen yesterday with some people from work. I liked the movie, I wasn't incredibly familiar with source material. I though it was fun and a dark super hero movie. Nice to look at and entertaining. we did a speed paint session here subject; super heros. So I did a modern/emo/ teenage, version of Rorshach.
