100th post

started this at lunch today so I finished it at home. I wanted to do something fast, and sci-fi ish. Wish I would have done something mind blowing for the 100th post, but I just noticed just this second.

Been cooking this one for a while now on and off. Finally finished it, I want to do a damage pass on it with different lighting so I'll update that when I finish it.

alien world surveyor

Alien world surveyor, I was playing around with a creating a cloud brush and it turned into this. I kind of stumbled across the pallet by mixing some layer options.

edit: tried a new effect on the lighting that I just heard about. I think it worked well.

New Team Chow

Team chow WIP, the them is Tarot cards. So the ones I got are the sun and 9 cup. the second guy has the cups missing. With a little effort and a lot of luck, I think we can get them there.

still playing in the sandbox

Still playing in the sandbox testing out new ways of using brushes and ways of making a picture more interesting. This one started out as a colour thumb for a bigger painting I had in mind> however it took off and had a life of it's own. I may revisit this process in the future (making a colour thumb first). However for now I liked were this one ended.

Trying out brushes and technique. it's one of the only paintings that I started with out knowing what it was. A fun little exercise.

Cleaning house for 2009 these are some sketches and things I've been working on. I had some free time during my vacation so I've been working on some character process and general practice. Happy new year all and here is to a better 2010

Tank woun't fit

Been real lazy recently started this one last week Friday ended it today. Assassins creed MW2 and a game called Captain Forever have consumed my life recently.
